描述

An ancient design dating back before The Fracture, the Aristaeus-class was once used as a resource gatherer and light freighter by the Alliance Expeditionary Fleet. Long-since obsoleted, the AEF offloaded dozens of these small ships to various friendly civilizations in exchange for knowledge and resources, and reverse-engineering allowed the design to proliferate throughout the Outer Reach. Often prized as a captain's first ship, the Aristaeus-class still stubbornly clings to relevance, however it quickly becomes outclassed beyond the Iron Belt.

A true 'starter' design that can serve as a small miner or freighter until the player can afford something bigger.
