if you reduce the resolution scale in graphics settings you might get far better FPS intrade of well, the scale of resolution, but it easily gave me a solid 80fps afterwards on the normal version

or buy better graphics card gtx 1650

Try turning down all of your graphics settings
or get a better pc if possible

Also how does adding a pier make the game less laggy?
