Improved Callaway Cyclone V16 engine

So, when I first played this game with a lot of cheats, I built a V16 and to my disappointment, the performance is not good and has less power than the Duhen D22V which is an I4 with about half the displacement. So I decided to edit it after I found out how to edit an engine, and it seems I have made it actually good. With the imporvements, it can rev higher with the best parts, and it also sounds better.

List of changes to the engine:
Increased the displacment from 4.0 liters to almost 8.8 liters.
Increased the max RPM on most mechanical parts (The speed of the engine the parts can tolerate)
Changed the methanol fuel system to diesel (increases power)
Renamed some parts.
Changed the engine sound to that of the SLR McLaren sound from NFS Shift (sourced from the Devil's V8 rescript)

It is recommended to use the custom workshop installer or install this mod manually.
Yes, I am aware the performance figures no longer reflect the ones on the real Callaway Cyclone V16, but screw the rules, I have a Hikaru Ichijyo (SDF Macross) PFP (I might change it), and hey, at least it comes close to the Lama performance V12 in terms of performance.
