[xdR] Cut Nick Grenade Animations Restored

Never before seen animations now back from the cutting room floor.

Every L4D2 survivor has their own animations for the grenades/items, except Nick. Turns out they planned to give him some but they got cut like most of the character specific mocap animations in L4D2.

This mod simply restores them, Some parts like the aimmatrixes had to be created since they are lost/never created. All of these animations are real, from the same secret stash Nick's new TLS animations came from.

+Idle Standing
+Idle Injured
+Walk
+Crouch Walk
