Updated the map to fix the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ spawnpoints around the Fort. They were broken for like several months since the last game patch because the spawnpoint priority was changed.

bots walk through the wall at the upper walkway of fort, bots attempt to capture the atrium point from ground floor even though its out of capture range, the mg nest at radar could be placed in a better spot
