Also I hope Cherri finds the culprit mod. Nothing I find more annoying than mods that do unexpected stuff without saying they do so in their description. Although in this case it sounds more like an unintended bug or maybe even deliberate trolling/griefing by the mod author.

I can however help you track down who's doing it. Spawns are handled through an LUA script in /media/lua/server/ (sometimes /media/lua/server/items). If you go through each mod and check that folder you'll be looking for code like this inside any of the LUA files in that directory
"table.insert(VehicleDistributions" for adding things to vehicles
You'll probably find something that looks like this (example of spawning gloves in gloveboxes)
table.insert(VehicleDistributions["GloveBox"].items, "Base.LeatherGloves");
table.insert(VehicleDistributions["GloveBox"].items, 100);
I don't think I've subscribed to anything that explicitly says it would do this so now I'm on the hunt for who did this, assuming I'm correct. Thanks
