Royal Port Nicholson Yacht Club from Oriental Bay in Wellington, New Zealand.

The Royal Port Nicholson Yacht Club was founded in 1883. From the early 20th century, the club was based in smaller buildings which are now used for water leisure, you can find these here. This current club building was refurbished and fitted in the 80s with a classic dark wood cladding.

In real life, the building entrance is from the second floor with the lower floor below road level, so I have created my own ugly looking street facade, it's gross but I feel that suits the 80s style of this building.

The wheelchair access ramp was made using the included short wall piece that shares the same textures.
