A hidden sewer facility under a Lockelle Television Service station.
This is a very liminal sewer system that was modified to have some extra rooms to house some extra stuff.
The Lockelle Television Service station (LTS) has some tall dynamic antennae as well.
There are also some below and above ground secrets for you to find.
