Add a war atmosphere. Check the options to toggle only what you want.

Features:
- DCA shots
- Random fire spawning
- Random destruction (turn on "low-config" option if you keep crashing on start)
- Random mortar shots
- Shooting sounds
- Aircraft flight
- Flak explosions in the sky

You can now start the "War" when you want it. Check the options for more details.
