Kaige's English Eleanor Tweaks

Tweaks English Eleanor's Leader ability to better synergize with England's Civilization ability, using modifers from the Ethiopia pack. Requires the Ethiopia pack.

Replaces English Eleanor's Leader Ability, Court of Love, with Rolls d'Oleron: International Trade Routes grant +2 Gold for each luxury resouce in the origin city. +25% Tourism output to civilizations to which you have a Trade Route.

Based on the Rolls of Oleron[en.wikipedia.org], the oldest sea laws regulating medieval shipping in North-western Europe, which were possibly written by Eleanor herself after encountering similar legal codes in the Mediterranean while she was on Crusade.

This does not change French Eleanor of Aquitaine's ability.
