Realistic Training Swords

Very simply, I don't like how training swords do zero damage. Getting bonked by a wooden sword hurts you know?

Meant to be used with Sparring Partners

Idea is that this makes training swords do damage so that sparring does actually hurt your characters, giving an effective limit to how much you can train. Meant to give a bit of immersion and balance, also the added benifit of toughness training. In exchange for taking damage, there is a negative skill modifier on the swords now that can make them train a bit more effectively. Give someone a good proper sabre, put them in block mode, and then wail on them in sparring.

Changes: All weapon now have base damage comparable to their real counterparts. The damage vs race modifier has been changed from -100% damage for all to -67% damage for all.
