The Type-60 was designed as a cruiser killer with heavy firepower and armor and is currently the biggest cruiser in the MSS arsenal. The ship has an impressive long range weaponry, both fixed and turreted, as well as heavy armor and redundant systems, which makes it a very potent ship against other capital vessels. However, its rather light short defense weaponry means this expensive cruiser is at its best when screened with escort ships, allowing it to focus on its main preys: capital ships. With a hangar for 4 fighters, a large CIC and several production facilities, the Type-60 is the perfect flagship for any MSS battlegroup.
