Broken Star

Adds 3 new weapons, 2 new factions using said weapons, and 1 town area thing.

(WIP) Weapons: Star Sword, like the longsword but it looks like one, more damage when used by a skilled swordsman.
Star Zweihander, big heavy weapon, does cutting damage and has a high defence modifier.
Star Claymore, like the Zweihander, but shorter and lighter.

The Star Sword and Star Claymore are now the only purshable weapons, you have to kill a faction leader for the Zweihander.

(WIP) New town; Broken Star, a new town with walls and a few Buildings.

New factions: Broken Star Republic, mostly mercenaries for now.
Broken Star Deserters, roaming bandits with the new weapons.
Both factions hate the big main 3 factions (UC, Holy nation, and the Shek)

2 new starts, both are for testing but they both work

A deserter leader
2 more weapons (Broken Sword, and something else)
A small deserter camp
Better town
