Crossbows are now lasers

When playing Kenshi, have you ever thought about how your guy, even though he is a trained crossbowman, having augmented limbs, and sometimes beign a robot misses shots on people walking?

I felt so bothered that the gate guards would now exactly where I am the moment I took aim on them. Maybe its Okran himself telling them

So I made this mod, as an abstraction to firing the crossbows from stealth and a small rebalance to what I personally feel the crossbows would be in warfare.

The speed of the projectiles is now very, very high, so its basically a hitscan and RNG based on your character's skill level. Because lets face it, if you have been firing that thing for months now, you probably can lead a target accurately.

The second thing I affected with this mod is the reload speed, my reasoning beign, if the bolts will find their targets more often, there should be a drawback to using crossbows, that being you will need more time to reload them.

Finally, increased the range of almost all crossbows (the only one that did not get this buff was the junkbow). now you should feel you are sniping peeps from afar.

Feedback is appreciated. Especially since the range increase might mean that you can take out platoons of paladins from afar and they will be locked in the run towards you/follow leader loop.
