The mod only touches Ellis and no one else, so there's shouldn't be any problems with skins for the other survivors.
If you're talking about conflicts with the other PDTH Heisters mods in specific, that's due to all of them sharing certain files. By no means you should worry about the conflicts, all of them will work fine if used together.
