Lol, there are no triggers. You can't even script explosions.
There is a suicide guy in the room with the big bomb, though.

*approaches corridor
*places slap on door, positions soldiers to open fire instantly
*enemies down, room clear, 1 minute to spare
*walks into room to def- BOOOM, assault team eliminated
