Starter Bag EX

With Mod Support! - Add your requests.



Yet another starter mod that gives the player the Starter Bag EX to help jumpstart the game to skip some of the tedious parts. This is basically made just for my own usage, but you're free to use it too if you want.

~ You can probably already fight King Slime with these items. You still need to work a little for potions and starter bases though.

~ Storage management is an annoying part of the game for me. I feel that it's much better to have a Storage System on the getgo when I'll have a ton of items from different mods to keep track of.

~ The Potion Bag and Banner Bag are huge QoL utilities, plus they're easy to craft anyway. The wands, it's just much easier to focus on the action and less on the sometimes tedious part of making arenas and bases. Some of the wands are designed to be obtained on Hardmode or later though, so if you don't like that just trash those I guess.

If it seems a bit too cheaty, it was intended to be that way for personal usage. I'm hoping the EX part of the name makes it feel uber. If you also want to cheat in some way without breaking the game experience *too much*, try this. Suggest anything, just don't berate me for making this.

That said, compared to how the mod was on the earlier versions, this time the item rewards are pretty tame though. So I don't think it's really that cheaty. It's a Starter Bag EX.

If you want the bag to add items on other mods, feel free to comment and I'll think about adding them. Also open for general criticisms or suggestions.

Note: Items from other mods don't spawn if the mod is not installed.
Note: Items spawn directly on you. Make sure you have sufficient space in your inventory.
