Billa (Eigenschreibweise in Großbuchstaben) ist ein österreichisches Unternehmen des Lebensmitteleinzelhandels mit Sitz in Wiener Neudorf. Das Unternehmen ist seit 1996 im Besitz der Rewe Group.
2020 wurde die bis dahin eigenständig agierende Kette Merkur in die Billa AG integriert,
im April 2021 wurden die Merkur-Filialen auf Billa Plus umgeflaggt.

Billa (own spelling in capital letters) is an Austrian food retail company based in Wiener Neudorf.
The company has been owned by the Rewe Group since 1996.
In 2020, the Merkur chain, which had previously operated independently, was integrated into Billa AG.
In April 2021, the Merkur branches were rebranded to Billa Plus.
