Fake clown decoy.
Use it to draw attention away from hee-ho happening elsewhere, make you look productive before you start placing your slapstick comedy routine.

I added the first two of your suggestions, it will take longer to add the others.

I love the Mod I'm testing it with friends and it's a laugh.
If you want more ideas, here are a few:
- Being able to smoke opium (Increase lvl of psychosis, slight increase in paralysis but if you abuse it you end up paralyzed)
- Troll Grenade (Thrown grenade that generates confetti when it explodes, rechargeable with fiber or scrap "useless materials")
- Afro wigs (Cap substitute)
- Prank fire extinguisher (Fire extinguisher that spits fake snakes. If used towards a fire spreads it)
- Laughing gas grenade ( it makes people laugh maniacally, gives psychosis and paralysis)

If you mean the body armor and clown ballistic helmet, then yes, it's not supposed to make clown noises if you get shot

Blue suit makes the same 'fuck' noise as angry clown suit, and angry clown mask makes no noise, is this intentional?
