All Vanilla Rooms

描述
This mod allows all rooms and flag emblems that appear in the game to be selected at empire creation. Save-game and multiplayer compatible.

The list of available rooms has additionally been re-ordered, with similar themes being arranged together.

COMPATIBILITY
This mod modifies gfx/portraits/asset_selectors/room_textures.txt, and the /enclaves/, /special/, /pre_ftl/ flag categories. It conflicts with mods that also overwrite the room texture list, those mods being AI personality mods and other room texture mods. Only one file will exist even though the textures remain, so boot the game with a room selector mod in priority when building empires and the AI personality mod in priority when actually playing.

The "spaceship" background (available after the fallen empires) has also been edited to show your planet settlement.

Is there any chance will there be an update to this mod, and add the Rooms/Emblems from the First Contact dlc?

Yeah, it's a super simple fix to add toxoids to the room listings, but they also just launched new content on a Tuesday, so you're gonna have to be patient.

New room that was added for toxoids does not show up. Is there a way to fix this in the mod file?

Ah, I see. A different room mod I used in the past did assign the new rooms to AI, so I thought yours would do the same. Thx again.

You could just not select the rooms? The assignment to AI empires is as vanilla, with only small tweaks with regards to species-class rooms.

Ah thx. Can you tell me how to get rid of certain rooms safely? I like your mod overall, but having a giant loot box appear behind a genocidal spiritualist kinda breaks immersion. :)

It doesn't affect the AI, it's all graphical.
AI personalities interface with the room selector file, as AI empires use logic statements in that file to determine what room to used based on their personality.
