I think that Neow text refers to instances like when Hex adds Dazed to your draw pile?

This mod makes the message "The color of the newly shuffled cards in the draw pile: ⚪" show up on top of Neow.
I don't know why it does that or what does it mean, but it was bothering me a lot.
