描述
This mod adds an item equal to the tools, which is called "Lockpick".

This item, which can be stored on the belt and be stacked. Its use is completely the same as the tools but it can be bought in bars like Hub.

would it be possible that as opposed to tools, this does not make noise but for balancing reasons does a worse job?

Correct term would be "lockpick". You pick a lock with a lockpick.
