From the original mod, Charge Rifle and Charge Lance are modified; more powerful, more expensive. [does not apply if running CE]

Original mod notes (1.2):

Think the empire faction is a bit too weak, outdated, and just simply underwhelming overall despite this game taking place centuries into the future? Well no more. For this mod is a redo of the empire troops to become more of a threat and to actually become a futuristic faction with weight by giving them up to date technology like an actual space-faring faction from the future.

NOTE: This mod simply gives the empire troops better gear and weapons along with new names, skill stats, and numbers.

Redone Troops:

Trooper - Imperial Trooper
Their New Gear:

- Charge Rifle
Shooting - 10~15
Armor Color - White
Gear Quality - Excellent

Janissary - Imperial Support Trooper

I see you've updated my mod in my absence. That said, I've now returned and created a new Redux trilogy. Note that they're in beta, however, and are currently unlisted. They should be made public shortly though, after a few more edits.

it might just be me but this mod broke combat extended's ability to select different types of bursts on automatic weapons after a lot of testing on my mod list

I pushed an update to remove the Genie xenotype chance from the Empire faction. In testing, I did see one raid with a lot of Genies, but three others with none or only one. Let me know how it looks in your testing.

Correction, I am seeing that. It appears the "Genie" xenotype is being handed out pretty regularly to these pawn types for some reason, I'm looking into it.
