BIG Quays Modern Pedestrian Quay

• It is a 16m wide paved road that behaves like a quay with a wall on one side and ground terrain on the other side
  
• Slow vehicle lanes allow zoning. If you don't want cars please stop them with TM:PE
  
• Sharp Corners!!!
  
• Skins can be changed with the mandatory Adaptive Networks Mod ingame

• Can't be placed on too sloped terrain. Using terraform tool is highly recommended
  
• Benches on Networks are not functional!
  
• This is a quay road but intersections can look weird! Looks best with T-junction with pavement roads!
  
• Can be found under roads -> water structures
