Backpacks - No Encumbrance

Uhh this mod most definitely still has encumbrance. Put on a backpack and you run slower, take it off and you run faster.

This mod does not work for me, and it's the only mod I had installed.

Okay, after some tests i found the problem. Accumulators and rechargable ammunition works fine and getting recharged, but things like Gauss Rifle from EK Armory are not fiting in the slot.
