Shek Bandit Faction

Gangly, long armed, skinny, piece of... oh description of the mod, not the author, I see...

I wanted Shek Bandits in the game, they are already a part of the Dust Bandits in some of the Dust Bandit squads/camps. But in this mod there is a whole new faction of Shek Bandits. Every squad is made of Sheks and only Sheks. I have tuned down the Shek Bandits' skills a little bit. They are slightly tougher than Dust Bandits, but are still Sheks so be careful.

These Bandit squads will roam around in the Border Zone, Stenn Desert and Spider Plains, but they will only have camps in the Border Zone.

They have a slightly different gear set than regular Shek warriors as they have split off from the Shek Kingdom and want to show that.

Just comment if there is a bug.
