Somewhat functional spawns as of now. Spawns on Germany, PEI, Washington, and Russia. Should also spawn on modified vanilla maps that use the same Runabout and Dinghy spawn ids.

Fun Fact: All aircraft except the blimp flip over this when you land on top. The Blimp instead sinks it and pushes it down, and stops when the boat becomes stationary. so, in shallow water, you can use the houseboat as a landing pad for it in emergencies.
