Highlander-Like Reptiloid Projectiles

Changes Reptiloid's projectile behavior to be more like Highlander's, also changes another thing, which is how Reptiloid's projectiles now "explode" whenever they hit anything that's not Player and or Enemies, have fun.
There's an issue where sometimes Reptiloid throws the projectile and it explodes in his hands.
