Soap MacTavish Voice for Ellis

Replaces every single one of Eliss's voicelines including TLS update ones with Soap MavTavish''s voice lines feom MW, MW1 and MW3 Modified from the original voice pack for Ellis made by Wendu_Chan

Replaces Ellis's default voice lines in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\sound\player\survivor\voice\mechanic and C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2_dlc1\sound\player\survivor\voice\mechanic, extract with GCFscape. Then remove all old Ellis voice files, and replace them both in the file paths above, go into L4D2, console then snd_rebuildauidcache to prevent any screeching or weird noises.
