Random Teleport SWEP

You can only use this mod in maps with a navmesh!!

- randomly teleports player when used
- gain 1s immunity to damage and 1s 50% speed boost after teleporting
- 25s cooldown

console variables:
r_teleport_cooldown - time to wait before using ability again, in seconds
r_teleport_spd_length - how long speed boost lasts after using, in seconds
r_teleport_spd_percent - percent movement speed increase to gain after using ability
r_teleport_inv_length - how long immunity to damage lasts after using, in seconds

to do:
- add console variable for max distance the ability can travel
- add better graphics or sound to indicate the immunity to damage / speed boost phase
