因为作者很久没更新了所以就更新了下代码使得可以在DLC上运行。并且原作制作材料为钢铁和塑料，现在改为了和普通管道相同的材料+塑料。

I update the code so it can be compatible with the DLC spaced out as the original author hasn't updated this mod for a long time. Steel and plastics are required to construct the pipes in original mod, but now I modify it - materials used to build pipes can be used in this mod, though plastics are still required.

I will immediately delete this mod if the mod is updated by the original author or the author requests it.
