Vanilla tracks improver

This mod provides some extra tings for the vanilla tracks in the game: Different speeds, ranging from 20 to 120 km/h for 'standard tracks' (with wooden sleepers) and 20 to 160 km/h for 'modern tracks' (with concrete sleepers). Also the railroad crossings have a new variant ment for the early years, so you can make railroad crossings with better security measures that only one Saint Andrew's Cross consisting of an Saint Andrew's Cross wits one or two barriers. Also a train depot that is reversed (the little side building is moved from the left to the right side) for additional variation. Both depots can also be build next to each other to make one 2 track locomotive shed.
