This mod opens up all factions to be playable in DeI and sets the turns per year to 24. It requires Divide et Impera.

Compatible with DeI 1.3.

Not compatible with other startpos mods like Turns per year, faction unlocks, or other start position editing mods

@Arotished - I found a workaround that worked for me to get back the 24 TPY. I just used EditSF to edit my savegame file as shown in this tutorial:

Funny thing is I think the tutorial was made by the same guy that made this mod way back in 2013! :praisesun: Man I love the internet lmao. Cheers @Dresden.

I'm also having 4 TPY on my game as well. I even tried disabling all mods except for DeI parts 1,2,3 and this mod but it still didn't fix the TPY. All factions are still unlocked for me however. It's half working. :VBOY:
