At 1930s, Italy Ansaldo provided Red Navy a CA design called Obj.22. This ship shows the result if ITA navy takes the design to build a ship for themselves.
The ship has powerful 254mm guns and well protected hull. Her thick armor can provide good combat ability in war. No to mention the speed —— still high level.

ITA CA product. This one received well shaping yet is still not 100% Perfect. Of course she is not 100% like the WOWS one. But you can still find the fun here.

The Weapon MOD she required may not be easily found here so you are still welcome to replace the weapons if you can't find the mod.
