Razputin Aquato (Character)

Adds Razputin Aquato from Doublefine's Psychonauts series along with a skin for Raz based off of his archetype from the 2nd game.

Stats:
150 hunger
200 sanity/health
>Sanity and health are the same stat
>Doesn't lose sanity/health with wormholes
>Constant negative sanity rate (around -9 per minute)

Enters the constant with:
Fashion Goggles

THIS MOD IS **NOT** 100% FINISHED
i have not rewrote much of the speech files yet (most of them are still wilson) however over the next few weeks i plan to update it, i would like to take my time with them as there is over 4000 lines and i dont want to burn myself out

there are also probably a few visual bugs i havent caught/couple faces that arent correct that id like to fix
(archetype's arms looking weird sideways unfortunately is not something i can fix)
(also ill probably make a higher quality mod icon for steam at some point because its very crusty a)


Mod uses some code from stat equality by Niko (on steam) which is a really good mod and you should support it so credit to them for that, if they have any issues with me using it please contact me about it and ill take it down/remove the code
