Original Crosshairs

Dispersion crosshairs in fusion are defined by a separate option in game settings that was removed in 4. Base crosshairs in fusion do not have dispersion.

I am wondering why the Crosshairs don't adjust to the weapon's spread and dispersion unlike in base Serious Sam 4?
