Aerodynamic Physics Extension - Industrial Overhaul

描述


This uses Draygo's Definitions Extensions mod to add the aerodynamic properties to the aluminum blocks, composite armor blocks, and armored glass windows in Industrial Overhaul. This mod also adds the heat settings to the IO components for the deadly reentry portion of Aerodynamic Physics

Now you can utilize the lighter aluminum blocks in your aircraft design. A small grid aluminum block weighs 3kg, whereas a normal light armor block weighs 20kg.

You can also use the stronger armors for heat shielding when reentering atmosphere

I think you'll need to wait for an IO update. Keen changed a lot of things around regarding assemblers that has broken mods that touch assembler blocks

When you say you can't make metal grids, what do you mean exactly? Are you missing the recipe from the fabricator?

This mod isn't really even a mod. It's a definition extension and touches no part of the base game files

for some reason, with this mod installed i can no longer make Metal Grids, iv tried the mod on its own and with other mods and its the same thing, cant really progress without metal grids lol

Would this work in an already established world? I tried making a regular light armor block VTOL out of my drop pod and I crashed because I lacked gyros, but now I got aluminium and I got the parts of two surviving atmospheric thrusters from the pod that didnt get destroyed and I wanna make a really light plane for finally finding cobalt
