This mod will prevent having to spend huge amounts of time farming loot and adds other conveniences. Features can be configured or disabled. Here's a summary (it's also at terrariamods.wiki.gg):

  • Increased item chances for a few enemy loot drops.
  • Item values scale to new drop rates by default.
  • Unlimited Angler Quest per day.
  • Greater + Super Battle Potion to increase enemy spawns.
  • Items that activate Christmas and Halloween for the current day. By default, crafting requires their matching season.
  • Item for canceling invasions.
  • Recipe for Universal Pylon. Disable or Customize.
  • Each chest at or below the Cavern Layer has a 1 / 100 chance to generate with Terragrim (chance can be customized or disabled).

    OFF BY DEFAULT

  • Change Universal Pylon Bestiary requirement.
  • Configuraitons for changing enemy loot drop chances.
  • Adjust Bed + Enchanted Dial time rate and cooldown.
  • Potions for increasing fishing bobber amount.
  • Fishing Coins when finishing Quests, to purchase Quest Items from the Pirate NPC.
  • Staff of Difficulty. Changes world difficulty mode.
  • Moon Watch to advance Moon Phase.
  • Witch Doctor sells Chlorophyte after Plantera.

I don't think the merchant dice works, it doesn't have a use animation or anything

How come setting an item to 1 doesn't make it 100%? Am I missing something?

@Slaz: It's "Chance = 1 / Configuration_Setting", so setting it to 50 means there's a 1/50 chance of dropping or 2%.

I might be dumb, but what does "Chance = 1" mean? Like if I set my Biome Key chance to 50, does that mean it has 50% chance to drop?

I updated with an attempt to fix the bug. Please let me know if it's working.

The change I made: In ReducedGrinding>Global>Player.cs at line 43: I changed it from

if (Main.LocalPlayer.HasBuff(BuffID.Clairvoyance))

to

if (Player.HasBuff(BuffID.Clairvoyance))

I'm sorry about the bug everyone. It was working on my PC when I published it.

I want to revert to the last version that worked for everyone, before trying to fix the current. Was version 9.10 working for everyone?

For those who encountered the problem: go through the mods folder of the browser with mods, find the mods folder by id (2802069787) and delete the last of the available ones (by version date)
