Left 4 Dead Airport Pre-Infection

I thought it would be funny to hide these maps to see how people would react. It was funny. Anyway now they're back.

The terminal map from the Left 4 Dead campaign "Dead Air" now cleaned up to look like how it did before the infection.

Left 4 Dead 2 shouldn't be required for this but don't quote me on that.

To fix white reflections do "mat_specular 0" in the console (thanks to the people in the comments).
To fix the skybox being an error make sure HDR is enabled, they don't work otherwise.

The map is called "gm_terminal_preinf" in the files.
