[EA26+] Scope Customization (with any gun, vanilla or modded)

THIS MOD REQUIRE THE "RAVENSHARP API" MOD TO WORK
CHECK ITS DESCRIPTION TO INSTALL IT

This mod allows you to add sights/scopes on any of your weapons (vanilla or modded), from short range sights to sniper scope and thermal scopes

All these sights advantages over vanilla sights / most sights on modded weapons :

• They are performance friendly (exept the thermal scope), they don't use dual render.
  
• The magnification is constant, a 3x scope will always be a 3x scope, whatever FOV you are using
  
• The sensitivity is maintained between zoom levels

To allow sight customization on a weapon, you need to configure the weapon before, that mean choose the number of sight slots, their position/rotation/scale and their aim offset/rotation (you can watch the videos at the top of the page, the first one is from me and the second one is from Freedomlanders United):

• IN THE MAIN MENU : go to options, mod options, Sight Configuration, config, and "open weapon configuration"
  
  
• You select the weapon you want to configure
  
  
• You can zoom with the scroll wheel, rotate by pressing the mouse wheel and moving the mouse and you can move by pressing the mouse wheel and shift, and moving the mouse
  You can focus on a sight slot by clicking on it in the list in the top left corner of the screen
  
  
• "ADD SIGHT SLOT" to add a "sight slot", you can choose a name and the type of the slot (short/medium/long range)
  
  
• Then you move, rotate and scale it with the tools or the input field on the right
  
  
• Once you placed it where you want, you need to configure the aim position : on the top right corner, click on "Weapon view" and "Aim", and you need to ajust the aim position with the "Aim Offset" and "Aim Rotation" input fields
  if you chose multiple slot types, you need to configure the aim position for each slot type
  
  
• You can add an other sight slot, and you can change which one is selected, and remove one in the top left corner
  
  
• Once you are done you just have to save then exit, and the weapon will be customizable in game

BE AWARE THAT THE SIGHTS/SCOPES USED IN THE WEAPON CONFIGURATION SCREEN IS NOT THE ONE USED IN GAME, AND THE ANIMATIONS DON'T PLAY

Once your weapon is configured, you can change sight in game by pressing on the "L" key on your keybord
You can check "Override Default Sight ?" if you don't want to use the default sights (if there is a scope that blocks the view for example)
