It's Chaos from the hit 1998 game Sonic Adventure for the Sega Dreamcast.

He is very slow and very heavy, a complete powerhouse type of character. His appearance is based off Chaos 0 specifically, but has moves from his various forms from Sonic Adventure.



Jab/N-air:
A simple forward arm attack with a decent reach. In the air Chaos will aim diagonally down.

U-tilt:
Chaos will slap with his arm up, covering a big area above him.

F-tilt:
Chaos uses the suck attack from the Chaos 6 fight. Holding down the attack will make him suck for longer, and releasing it will make him do a bite attack that keeps foes in place for followups.

D-tilt:
Based off his dash attack from Sonic Battle, he goes into the ground and bounces up.

U-air:
Chaos will stretch his arm and reach out to either the stage or a foe, and will fling himself in a set trajectory, allowing him to follow up combos and recover.

F-air:
Turns Chaos into his Chaos 4 form and does a spin in front of him, similarly to Sonic in Smash Ultimate. The move is a multi-hit of 3 hits.

D-air:
Chaos turns himself into a big water ball and falls to the ground with a constant hitbox. Holding down the attack when Chaos lands on the ground will transition the move to D-tilt, Otherwise it will bounce him slightly.

B-air:
A simple slap with plenty of kill power.
