I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but it refuses to shoot or be wired when I go into the submarine editor, can I get some help?

Nope. For some reason, game restrict smaler creatures like humans to be pulled or draged via function that works in harpoon. My guess that this was intentionaly done by devs, so when talamus hit the sub with his harpooon, it wont acidently drag crews out of the subs.

does thies turret work inside a sub? for example if i would place it inside a submarine wall and shot around whit it would it be possible to shot humans whit that and pull them to a location if shot?

A+ for effort tho dude.

So, for now it is just small fun experiment, it is imposible to make it more playable, or i just not good enough at it. But i will try, later. Maybe some minor fixes

Hi. Satuis made absolutely right description. i did't plan to put more effort in this mod, because bugs you mentioned are unsolvable for now. I tried my best, but harpoon wont stick to smaller targets no matter what and there is no way to restrict it to mess with the sub or crew. Long story short. there were no such feature in vanila and other mods for a reason. Gamecode and physics just cant procces it correctly enough.

Until there's an update to the description:

The harpoon turret does not use ammunition, it fires once every 1.5ish seconds, and does zero damage so it's purely utility, but does strongly tug and hold monsters down.

Visually: it's a coilgun, and the loader doesn't accept ammunition because it's infinite.

Bugs: It can easily recoil back into the submarine on a miss and do some nasty things to your crew, honestly.
