描述
Backports the Siberian Mayhem's "Tsar Cannon" skin to Serious Sam 4 as a replacement retexture, albeit with some possible unnoticeable differences.

Credits to other1 for "setexconvert" and "sesigner" tools that allowed me to backport these.

Did they change the texture at some point? Because I recall seeing footage of the default Cannon texture and all of the sudden it looks different later on
