@KAZ 2Y5 I used now another tool to upload it, it should works now. if not, unsubscribe it and then subscribe it again. Thanks for the info, idk why that happend, maybe its not allowed to use custom tools to upload addons..

Its not the pack, I have all separate models in my addon folder and removed the pack.
But I not subscribed my own mods, I have the files local.
Maybe other players can confirm if it works or not.

The problem is that there is no model of the Governor, I pressed the "C" button, but the model did not appear there, but what you showed in the screenshot is a pack of characters from TWD

What exactly you mean?
If you hold "C" you can select a player model, like in this screenshot:
