Got it working somewhat. Having issues with it creating duplicate folders that can't be deleted for some characters. For other characters it works well though.

The links aren't working for me for some reason. I think Steam updated something today and it's messing up a few things. You can do this per character? Which mod does it and what window do I find the option on?

If you use the Mod Pack, Custom Weapons are the best option for this. I've been putting together a set of moves that use a particular weapon (fork/mic/etc) in a consistent way, and then use the mod to hotswap the particular sword/weapon in for a character. Here's some examples:
