I meant the free downloaded Counter-Strike: Source Content, because it has a texture with the same name as the addon, so it can cause a conflict with it, and if it is still in the root folder of the game in "Addons", then the addon will not have a chance to work, so you need to replace the texture in the css content to make it work.

and for some more info im using the normal computer_monitor idk if its a new model or another one and if you could make one thats a new model that would be nice

im not using any reskins from what i know i never used a reskin and im not using a pirated version of garrys mod i am a little confused with what your saying it is hard for me to understand alot of text

Are you using any computer reskins? Or pirated CSS content?
If you are using a computer reskin, then it conflicts with my addon, try downloading the reskin first, then this addon, or you can manually download both addons (for this you will have to use a site or a program that downloads addons from the game), and throw this addon to the reskin and throw it all together in "Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons".
If you have pirated CSS content, then download this addon separately and throw it into the CSS content.
