Craftable Ratkin Spacer Gear

描述
Adds crafting recipes for the ratkin battlesuit, masked helmet, Head band, BFR 3000, magic wand, and plasma rifle. The recipes weren't activated in the code so now they are.

ALL CREDIT GOES TO NUKAFROG, I DIDN'T MAKE JACK SH#T, I JUST EDITED THE CODE.

Fixed the bugs for the most part, if bugs are found inform me asap.

1.4: most of the weapons that needing this mod to be crafted are no longer in the OG mod so they are no longer incuded for this version, the armor and clothing is.

I just checked, the code that gave that gun its unique properties has been deleted in the original mod. someone else would have to remake them for 1.4

The BFR 3000 was removed in 1.4, Its avalible in the 1.3 version. I can see if I can add it to the 1.4 version but no promises. As for the bench and research, your going to use the ratkin smithing table and research pulseTech, both are added by NewRatkinPlus
