Ever wonder why there are no repeatable technologies to truly master the intelligence war? Wonder no more! This lightweight mod adds 2 repeatable technologies for encryption and codebreaking, each adding +2 per level.

Continue to invest in intelligence warfare, or be left behind!

Suggested to be used alongside mods which increase AI utilisation of espionage or one that increases the steps for encryption/codebreaking differences.

Adds the following technologies:
(Physics) Self-Evolving Cipher Algorithms: +2 Encryption
(Physics) Multi-temporal Cryptographic Analysis: +2 Codebreaking

As this is an extremely lightweight mod that does not alter any vanilla files, it should be compatible with pretty much everything.

Currently only supports English localisation.
