Celestial Hurricanum as Wizard Lord Mounts

描述
This mod makes the Celestial Wizard Lord added by Mixu's Tabletop Lords able to be mounted on a Celestial Hurricanum from the mod of the same name. The mount will generally follow the same patterns as Mixu's Luminark of Hysh mount for Light Wizard Lords.

@flameshroud Mixu didn't give hero light wizards Luminark mounts so hero celestial wizards aren't getting hurricanum mounts.

Thank you. Question, any chanse the hero wizard can get the mount too? Since mixu's mods add the elector counts the empire gets a LOT of unique lords, wich are usually chosen over generic lords.
