Oh! I misunderstood the helipad as a stop for passenger heli routes before, so that's not strange I found it 'doesn't work'. Many thanks for your patience! Looking forward to see more delicate assets!

Hello dear gsy的麦麦熊! I think the helipads are not for the transport helicopters, but for the police/medical/fire helicopters to land on. It's a feature that probably came with Natural Disasters DLC. However, I'm unsure if thats true.

Sorry for not making it clear, I am also confused a little. If you want, I can try to ask someone from Colossal to explain it.:hardhat:

Everything of the building is delicate, but there’s no marker when trying to create a helicopter route (I have created other heli routes in my city,so it’s not the problem of my savegame). Anyway,thank you so much!

Hello gsy的麦麦熊! I've put a helipad marker on the top, where the helipad is located.
If it's not working then i'm sorry, but then whats the point of that marker?
